At KYN By Kinshika, every piece is made-to-order and handcrafted specially for you according to your selected size, fit preferences, design details, and customisations.

As each outfit is created exclusively after order confirmation, we follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.

Made-to-Order Policy

All KYN By Kinshika pieces are handcrafted only after the order is confirmed and payment has been received.

Once your order is confirmed and moved into production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

No Return / No Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Size selected incorrectly by the customer
• Minor colour variation due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric dyeing
• Minor differences due to handcrafted detailing
• Customised sizing, colour, length, silhouette, embroidery, or design changes
• Delay caused due to incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability

Each piece is handcrafted with care, and slight variations may naturally occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests cannot be entertained once the order has been confirmed, payment has been received, or the outfit has moved into production.

For COD orders, the advance payment made to confirm the order is non-refundable once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, kindly share:

• Clear photos of the product
• An unboxing video, if available
• Order details and delivery information

After reviewing the concern, our team may offer assistance through repair, alteration, replacement, or another suitable solution, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where the issue is accepted by our team and repair or replacement is not possible.

Alteration Assistance

Alteration assistance may be available after delivery, where applicable.

All courier and shipping charges related to alterations will be borne by the customer.

Alteration requests are subject to the design, fabric, fit, and construction of the garment.

Our team will try its best to assist wherever possible; however, alterations cannot be guaranteed for every piece.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

Once production has started, no cancellation, refund, or modification request can be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

KYN By Kinshika will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to:

• Incomplete or incorrect address
• Wrong contact number
• Customer unavailability
• Delivery partner delays
• Festive season or high-demand production timelines

Customers are requested to share complete and accurate delivery details at the time of order confirmation.
