All KYN By Kinshika pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted according to your selected size, fit preferences, and customisations.
Orders placed through Instagram or any of our social media platforms are considered confirmed only once the payment has been received.
As each piece is specially created for you, all orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We are unable to entertain refund requests once an order has been confirmed.
Alterations
• Alteration assistance may be available after delivery, where applicable.
• All courier and shipping charges related to alterations will be borne by the customer.
• Alteration requests are subject to the design, fit, fabric, and construction of the garment.
• Our team will try its best to assist wherever possible; however, alterations cannot be guaranteed for every design.
Customisations
Selected pieces may be customised based on availability and design feasibility.
Available customisations may include:
• Sizing adjustments
• Colour options
• Length adjustments
• Silhouette modifications
• Additional embroidery or detailing
Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of customisation, fabric usage, and workmanship required.
A written confirmation including pricing, terms, and payment details will be shared via DM along with an e-bill for order confirmation.
Production & Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed and moved into production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric dyeing, and handcrafted detailing.
As all pieces are handcrafted with intricate detailing, production timelines may vary slightly during festive periods, high-demand seasons, or due to customisation requirements.
However, our team will always try its best to assist and accommodate concerns wherever possible.
