Shipping & Delivery Policy
At KYN By Kinshika, every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order with care, detailing, and intention. Once your order and payment are confirmed, our team begins the production and processing of your outfit.
Order Processing
All orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
For prepaid orders, production begins once 100% advance payment is received.
For COD orders, production begins once 50% advance payment is received via UPI and the order is confirmed by our team.
Delivery Timeline
Your order will be delivered within 10–14 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
Since all our pieces are handcrafted and made with intricate detailing, production timelines may vary slightly during festive periods, high-demand seasons, or in case of customisation requirements.
Our team will keep you updated in case of any expected delay.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
For selected prepaid orders, free shipping offers may be available as per ongoing promotions.
COD orders may include an additional COD handling charge, as communicated during order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders:
• A 50% advance payment via UPI is required to confirm the order.
• The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• An additional COD charge may be applicable.
• COD orders will be processed only after advance confirmation payment is received.
Delivery Address
Customers are requested to share their complete and accurate delivery address while confirming the order.
Please include:
• Full name
• Complete address
• House / flat / building number
• Street / landmark
• City, state, and PIN code
• Active contact number
KYN By Kinshika will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through our official communication channel.
You can use the tracking details to check the delivery status with the courier partner.

• Weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Our team will assist you wherever possible in resolving delivery-related concerns.
Failed Delivery / Returned Shipment
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Re-dispatch will be processed only after the additional shipping charges are confirmed, where applicable.
